BullFair Child Safety Standards

Strict Age Requirements

• Our platform is NOT intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

• Account registration requires users to confirm they are at least 18 years old.

• We employ proprietary verification processes to validate user identities, including government-issued ID verification (such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or other official documents).

• Business verification through GST registration, company incorporation documents, and professional credentials further ensures that our user base consists of established business professionals.

Detection and Account Removal

• We proactively monitor for any indication that a user may be under 18 years of age.

• If we discover or are notified that an individual under 18 has created an account, we immediately and permanently delete the account and all associated data.

• Users are encouraged to report any suspected underage accounts through our reporting mechanism.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual, written, or other depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
• Grooming Behavior: Any attempt to establish an emotional connection with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Solicitation: Requests for child sexual abuse material or attempts to engage minors in sexual activities.
• Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes children or depicts them in a sexual manner, whether real or simulated.
• Child Trafficking or Exploitation: Any facilitation, promotion, or discussion of child trafficking or exploitation.
• Inappropriate Communication: Any attempts to communicate with minors for inappropriate purposes.

Consequences

• Immediate and permanent account suspension or termination.

• Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), CyberTipline (for users in applicable jurisdictions), and local law enforcement authorities.

• Reporting to Indian law enforcement agencies, including the Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) and appropriate State Cyber Crime cells.

• Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations, including preservation and disclosure of relevant data as required by law.

• Legal action may be pursued against violators to the fullest extent of applicable laws.

Automated Detection Systems

• Advanced AI and machine learning algorithms continuously scan uploaded content (images, videos, text) for potential violations.

• Hash-matching technology compares uploaded images and videos against known CSAM databases maintained by organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

• Keyword and pattern detection systems flag potentially harmful language or grooming behaviors.

• Behavioral analysis monitors for suspicious patterns that may indicate prohibited activity.

Human Moderation Team

• A dedicated team of trained content moderators reviews flagged content and user reports.

• Moderators are trained to identify CSAE content, grooming behaviors, and other safety concerns.

• Our moderation team operates according to strict protocols and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements.

• Moderators receive regular training on trauma-informed practices and mental health support is available.

Proactive Monitoring

• We conduct regular audits of platform activity to identify emerging risks and trends.

• Newly registered accounts undergo enhanced scrutiny during their initial period on the platform.

• Profile information, business verification data, and user behavior are monitored for inconsistencies or red flags.

How to Report

Users can report concerns about child safety through multiple channels:

• In-App Reporting: Use the 'Report' button available on user profiles, posts, and messages.

• Email: Send detailed reports to safety@bullfair.com or support@bullfair.com with the subject line 'Child Safety Concern'.

• Emergency Contacts: For immediate threats to a child's safety, users should contact local law enforcement or emergency services first, then report to BullFair.

What to Report

Please report any of the following:

• Suspected underage users on the platform.

• Content that appears to sexualize or exploit children.

• Suspicious behavior that may indicate grooming or inappropriate contact with minors.

• Requests for or sharing of child sexual abuse material.

• Any other content or conduct that raises child safety concerns.

Report Handling

• All reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.

• High-priority reports related to child safety are escalated immediately to our safety team.

• We investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, content removal, and reporting to authorities.

• Reporters are protected from retaliation. False or malicious reports, however, may result in action against the reporting user.

• For privacy and legal reasons, we may not be able to provide specific details about actions taken in response to reports.

Identity Verification

• Government-Issued ID: Users may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, or driving license) for identity verification.

• Document Validation: Submitted documents are reviewed to confirm authenticity and verify that the user is at least 18 years old.

• Facial Verification: Optional facial recognition technology may be used to match user photos with government-issued IDs.

Business Verification

• Professional Credentials: Users provide verifiable information about their business, including company name, GST registration, incorporation documents, and professional role.

• Third-Party Validation: We work with trusted verification partners to confirm business registration, GST status, and company details through official government databases.

• Public Profile Cross-Checking: We may verify user information against public professional profiles on platforms like LinkedIn.

Invite-Only Access

• BullFair is an exclusive, invite-only platform. New members are typically invited by existing verified members or through our official application and approval process.

• This controlled entry mechanism adds an additional layer of trust and accountability to our community.

Community Standards

Users are expected to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to child protection.

• Report any suspected violations of our child safety standards immediately.

• Refrain from engaging in or facilitating any conduct that could endanger minors.

• Respect the professional nature of the platform and maintain appropriate conduct at all times.

Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and not sharing login credentials.

• Any unauthorized use of an account that results in policy violations may result in account termination.

• Users should enable multi-factor authentication where available to enhance account security.

Content Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for the content they post, upload, or share on BullFair.

• Users must ensure that all content complies with our policies, including child safety standards.

• Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities.

Reporting to Authorities

• We report all suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including:

- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (for applicable jurisdictions)

- Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs

- State Cyber Crime cells and local law enforcement agencies in India

- Other relevant international law enforcement agencies as applicable

Data Preservation and Disclosure

• When we identify or are notified of potential CSAE content or activity, we preserve relevant data as required by law.

• We respond promptly to lawful requests from law enforcement for information related to child safety investigations.

• We comply with all legal obligations regarding data preservation, disclosure, and emergency requests.

Ongoing Collaboration

• BullFair maintains relationships with child safety organizations, law enforcement agencies, and industry groups to stay informed about emerging threats and best practices.

• We participate in information-sharing initiatives aimed at combating online child exploitation.

User Education

• We provide resources and information to help users recognize and report child safety concerns.

• Our community guidelines and safety policies are clearly communicated to all users.

• We may periodically share child safety tips and reminders within the platform.

Team Training

• All BullFair team members, particularly those involved in content moderation, customer support, and safety operations, receive regular training on child safety issues.

• Training covers identification of CSAE content, grooming behaviors, legal obligations, and trauma-informed response practices.

Hash Matching Technology

• We utilize PhotoDNA, PDQ (Perceptual hashing for images), and other hash-matching technologies to detect known CSAM.

• Uploaded images and videos are compared against databases of known child sexual abuse material maintained by organizations like NCMEC and IWF.

• Matched content is immediately blocked from upload, and the incident is reported to authorities.

AI and Machine Learning

• Advanced machine learning models scan content for potential CSAE signals, including visual indicators, text patterns, and behavioral anomalies.

• Our systems continuously improve through ongoing training and updates to address evolving tactics.

Secure Infrastructure

• All user data is stored securely with encryption and access controls.

• We maintain detailed logs and audit trails to support investigations and compliance.
