BullFair Terms and Conditions

1.1

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between JFLEX CORPORATION LLP ("BullFair," "we," "us,", "our", or "Platform") and the Users ("Client," "you", "User(s)"). If you are acting on behalf of a company or any other legal entity, then the terms "Client," "you", "User(s)" shall also refer to such company or legal entity, operating through its duly authorized representative and you agree to be bound by these Terms even if we have a separate agreement with You. BullFair is an exclusive, community-driven platform designed to empower verified entrepreneurs, business heirs, and professionals to connect, collaborate, and engage through curated features available on the Platform. These include, but are not limited to, establishing meaningful business connections. BullFair also curates and hosts exclusive in-person and virtual events, summits, and experiences. Such events are intended to facilitate authentic business interactions, strategic partnerships, and cross-industry collaborations. Users acknowledge and agree that their access to, and use of, the Platform, shall be subject to certain rights and obligations as set forth under these Terms. Users are strongly urged to carefully read, understand, and review these Terms in their entirety prior to accessing or using the Platform.. Users acknowledge and agree that continued use of the Platform shall constitute an express acceptance of these Terms, and any breach or non-compliance may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, without prejudice to any other remedies available to BullFair under law or equity.

1.2

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or terms made available on the Platform, govern your access to and use of our Services. This includes all usages, interactions, communications, events, and other features that reference or link to these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms as linked or updated at the time of access, you are not permitted to use the Services.

1.3

We provide the Platform through our website "https://www.bullfair.in/" and application BullFair ("Platform"). The Platform is solely owned and operated by JFLEX CORPORATION LLP. These Terms are constructed in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, as specified under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable rules and policies.

1.4

By accepting these Terms, or by accessing or using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of India. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.1

By using our Services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement, which thereby forms a binding contract between you and us. You represent that you are legally capable of accepting these Terms and affirm that you are of 18 years or the legal age mandated within your jurisdiction, should it be higher. Additionally, you must not be barred by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Indian Majority Act, 1875, or any other applicable laws that determine the age of majority from utilizing our Services or entering into a binding contract. By accessing or using Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence and that you have attained the age of majority, thereby possessing the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. In the event you are a minor and still proceed to use the Platform, it shall be presumed that such use is under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.

2.2

Additionally, the Platform may be accessed and used by, including but not limited to, i.e., Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, Partnerships, Registered Societies, or any other entity recognized under the Applicable Law ("Entity"). You agree that such Entity shall be duly incorporated, registered, or otherwise legally recognized under applicable laws. You further agree that such entity is duly authorized (or any personnel acting on behalf of the Entity is duly authorized) to accept the Terms and Conditions along with the other governing Policies of the Platform.

2.3

Access to the BullFair Platform is strictly limited to verified business professionals, entrepreneurs, and business heirs who meet the eligibility and authenticity criteria prescribed by the Platform and as determined solely by the Platform.

2.4

BullFair disclaims any liability arising from the unauthorized or unsupervised use of its Services by minors. It is the sole responsibility of the legal guardian to monitor and control a minor's access to and use of the Platform. Failure to do so shall release BullFair from any claims, liabilities, or consequences resulting from such use.

2.5

Our acceptance of your use of the Services is expressly conditioned on your agreement to all the terms and conditions outlined under the Terms. By accepting, agreeing to, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or otherwise applicable to specific areas of the Platform.

4.1

To gain complete access to the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account on the Platform ("User Account"). Registration is a one-time process and may attract a one-time fee, the quantum and applicability of which shall remain at the sole discretion of the Platform

4.2

Users may create an User Account on the Platform by providing accurate and complete personal information as required during the registration process. Alternatively, Users may be permitted to authenticate or sign up using other methods or credentials as may be supported by the Platform, including but not limited to social login integrations, mobile OTP verifications, or third-party authentication services. The specific methods and requirements for account creation and authentication may be modified, added, or withdrawn by BullFair at its sole discretion from time to time, and Users are required to comply with such updated procedures as and when notified and made available on the Platform.

4.3

If you choose to register using a personal email address, you will be required to provide an email address and a password. During the sign-up process, you may also need to provide relevant personal details such as your name, email ID, date of birth, address, and phone number, among other information.

4.4

The Platform is accessible only to individuals who have successfully undergone BullFair's verification process. Any attempt to create or operate an Account using false information, misrepresentation, or on behalf of an unverified entity or individual shall be deemed a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Account, in addition to other remedies available under law. We reserve the sole discretion to determine the verification process for approving the registration of any Account. Such process may include, but is not limited to, the submission and verification of documents as requested on the Platform, and may be amended, updated, or modified at any time at the sole discretion of BullFair.

4.5

While creating your User Account, you agree not to:

• 4.5.1. create an account for anyone other than yourself without their prior consent; or
• 4.5.2. create an account in the name of another person with the intent to impersonate them.

4.6

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration or login, and you are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date. This includes maintaining accurate contact details so we can reliably communicate with you. The information you provide must pertain to you personally; impersonating another individual or entity is strictly prohibited. You shall not sell, share, or transfer your account credentials to any third party. If we determine that your information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we suspect such discrepancies, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any restricted materials. All personally identifiable information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the obligations required under the Terms.

4.7

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the creation of a User Account is not mandatory to access certain Services. However, please be aware that some Services on the Platform may be restricted or unavailable without the creation of a User Account.

4.8

You further agree that even without the registration of a User Account, the Platform may collect certain information about you, as described herein and in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand the types of information we collect and how it is used. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood the Privacy Policy before proceeding to use the Platform.

5.1

BullFair provides an online Platform that enables Users to:

• 5.1.1. Content and Networking Services: BullFair provides a dynamic online environment where users can create, post, and share business-related information. The Platform is designed to promote professional interactions by allowing users to engage in discussions, exchange insights, react to shared content, and build meaningful connections. Through these features, BullFair seeks to foster collaboration and networking within the business community, making it a space for professional visibility and engagement.
• 5.1.2. Organising Events: The Platform enables its members to participate in high-value networking experiences, including access to exclusive events, summits, and social engagements organized or hosted by BullFair ("Events"). Entry to such Events is strictly limited to users who have undergone BullFair's proprietary verification and validation process designed to ensure the authenticity of members' professional and leadership credentials.

5.2

BullFair's services are intended solely for legitimate business networking and collaboration. Any attempt to misrepresent one's professional identity or misuse the Platform for non-business purposes may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

5.3

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BullFair reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part, feature, or functionality of the Services, including the release of beta features or updates, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation to seek consent from the Users.

5.4

BullFair shall not be responsible or liable for the outcome, performance, representations, or consequences of any such meetings or providence of the Services.

6.1

BullFair may, at its sole discretion, organize, host, or facilitate events, summits, and networking experiences for verified members of the Platform. The Company reserves the exclusive right to determine the nature, format, eligibility criteria, and rules governing participation in such Events and may modify, amend, or withdraw such rules or conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2

In certain cases, Events may be organized or conducted in collaboration with, or hosted by, third-party partners, venues, or organizers. Any rules, terms, or conditions imposed by such third parties shall be binding upon all participants and shall operate in addition to, and not in derogation of, the rules and policies framed by BullFair for the relevant Event.

6.3

BullFair expressly disclaims any liability for the acts, omissions, or representations of any third-party organizer, vendor, or participant in connection with the conduct of any Event. Participation in Events is entirely voluntary, and users shall be responsible for complying with all applicable terms, conditions, and instructions as may be communicated by BullFair or any third party associated with such Events.

7.1

We provide the Services as outlined herein, the specifics of which may be modified, updated, or discontinued from time to time at our sole discretion.

7.2

Whether or not you have created an User Account, your visit to the Platform may involve the processing of data through analytics services that track and record your interactions including but not limited to: text entered, engagements, and features accessed, etc. For detailed information on how we collect, process, and use your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected to deliver, operate, and improve our Services for your benefit as well as for broader platform functionality, performance, and analytical purposes.

7.3

We may engage third-party service providers, event partners, or technology integrators to assist in the organization of events, verification of member credentials, facilitation of networking features, and overall delivery, maintenance, or enhancement of the Platform and its Services. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that such third parties adopt appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data, we strongly urge you to review their respective terms and conditions, privacy policies, and any other applicable documents to understand how they collect, process, and handle your information. We disclaim any liability for misconduct, negligence, misappropriation, or any other act or omission by such third-party integrators, including any failure on their part to implement adequate data protection measures or discordance towards the requisite compliances. Our responsibility shall be strictly limited to the personal data that is collected, stored, or processed directly by us.

7.4

By using the Services on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your engagement with third-party services or integrators is undertaken at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for accepting and complying with both our terms and conditions and those of any third-party integrators available or accessible through the Platform.

7.5

We may also disclose certain personal data to third-party service providers who act on our behalf to support the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of our Services. Any information shared with such third parties is subject to appropriate safeguards, and their use of your data is governed by the terms set forth herein

7.6

You understand and agree that we may disclose Users' personal data, including sensitive information, when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or pursuant to a valid legal process or adjudicatory order by the competent authority. While we may, at our discretion, take reasonable steps to protect user anonymity, we do not guarantee such protection, nor do we represent that any efforts undertaken in this regard will be successful.

7.7

We may also disclose certain personal data to third-party service providers who act on our behalf to support the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of our Services. Any information shared with such third parties is subject to appropriate safeguards, and their use of your data is governed by the terms set forth herein. By using the Platform and availing the Services, you acknowledge that you may be transmitting personal and potentially sensitive information, including but not limited to your profile details, photographs, videos, business descriptions, or any other content or information submitted while interacting with other Users or utilizing the Service available on the Platform.

7.8

We are committed to implementing reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of such information, in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. While we employ industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your data, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.9

You hereby acknowledge and agree that by voluntarily providing your personal and sensitive information to us, you expressly, unconditionally, and irrevocably consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of such information for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7.10

You expressly agree that any such disclosure made on the Platform shall be made voluntarily and at your sole discretion and risk. BullFair shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, loss, misappropriation, data breach, or any other consequence arising out of or in connection with the sharing of such information regardless of whether such exchange occurs through the Platform or outside it. Users are advised to exercise due caution and diligence while disclosing any information on the Platform. Furthermore, any communication, negotiation, or transaction that occurs outside the authorized communication channels of the Platform shall also be deemed to be beyond the scope of BullFair's control, and BullFair disclaims all liability, direct or indirect, arising therefrom.

8.1

By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree that BullFair may, from time to time, send promotional or advertising communications, offers, updates, or service-related notifications via various channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, or other electronic means. Such communications may be sent to the email address, mobile number, or any other contact information provided by the User during registration or while using the Platform.

8.2

Users further acknowledge that BullFair may engage associated or integrated third-party service providers, platforms, or marketing partners to deliver such promotional or marketing content. All such communications shall be in accordance with applicable data protection and marketing laws. Users may opt out of receiving non-essential promotional communications by following the opt-out instructions provided in such communications or through their account settings, where applicable. However, BullFair reserves the right to continue sending essential transactional or service-related communications that are necessary for the administration of your account, fulfillment of transactions, compliance with legal obligations, or the proper delivery and functioning of the services offered through the Platform.

9.1

You represent and warrant that your use of the Services will be solely for lawful purposes and in full compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any binding obligations, including contractual commitments owed to BullFair or any third party.

9.2

Without limitation, you shall not (and shall not permit any third party to) engage in any activity or publish, share, or transmit any content or text that: (i) violates any applicable law or regulation; (ii) infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any person or entity; (iii) contravenes these Terms; or (iv) harms, defames, harasses, or otherwise interferes with the rights of other Users.

• 9.2.1. You acknowledge that any use of the Services in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights may expose you to legal liability. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted in connection with your use of the Services and agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations; including but not limited to data protection laws, privacy laws, and any applicable industry-specific regulations.
• 9.2.2. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you must also adhere to any relevant advertising, marketing, privacy, or other self-regulatory codes applicable to your industry.

You agree that you will not (and will not encourage, permit, or assist others to):

• 9.2.3. Impersonate another person, or entity or use their email address or phone number, or misrepresent in any manner;
• 9.2.4. Create accounts under false or fraudulent pretences; create or use an account for anyone other than yourself; or create multiple active accounts to mislead while using the Platform;
• 9.2.5. Violate these Terms, the terms of your agreements with us, explicit restrictions set forth in our Community Guidelines (inclusive of all the terms and conditions governing the Platform), or any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
• 9.2.6. Submit any information, media on the Platform that is defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, libellous, or fraudulent; that you know to be false or misleading; or that does not reflect your honest and authentic usage;
• 9.2.7. Act in a manner that is harassing, trolling, threatening, abusive, racist, bigoted, or is otherwise objectionable (as may be solely determined by us);
• 9.2.8. Promote, endorse, or further illegal activities;
• 9.2.9. Disclose information in violation of any legally enforceable confidentiality, non-disclosure, or other contractual restrictions or rights of any third party, including any current or former employers or potential employers;
• 9.2.10. Violate upon the privacy, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party;
• 9.2.11. Submit anything pornographic or sexually explicit in nature, or engage in the exploitation of persons in a sexual or violent manner;
• 9.2.12. Solicit or submit minors' personal data;
• 9.2.13. Except as expressly approved by us or as otherwise approved in these Terms, and subject to applicable laws, use the Services for commercial activities and/or promotions such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, pyramid schemes, advertising, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation;
• 9.2.14. Imply or claim any endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with us in any manner without our express prior written consent;
• 9.2.15. Violate the Information Technology Act-2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or any other applicable law and policies;
• 9.2.16. Introduce software or automated agents to the Platform, or access the Platform so as to produce multiple accounts, generate automated messages, or to scrape, strip, or mine data from the Platform without our express written permission;
• 9.2.17. "Frame" or "mirror" or otherwise incorporate part of the Platform into any website, or "deep-link" to any portion of the Platform without our express written permission (except in instances where we make such functionality available via an API or formal embedding feature);
• 9.2.18. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform, whether independently or in connection with a competing service, without our express prior written consent;
• 9.2.19. Interfere with, disrupt, modify, reverse engineer, publish, republish, display publicly, encode, decode, translate, transmit, distribute, or decompile any data or functionality of the Platform or server;
• 9.2.20. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or Services connected to the Platform;
• 9.2.21. Introduce, distribute, or attempt to deploy any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other malicious code, software, or programs designed to disrupt, disable, damage, interfere with, or limit the proper functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. Additionally, you shall not attempt to circumvent any security feature of the Platform or its servers, gain unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or information belonging to us or any third party, or engage in any activity that compromises the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform;
• 9.2.22. Provide false, incomplete, or misleading personal information (including using a false username) or create an account on behalf of another individual without their explicit authorization;
• 9.2.23. Use a Username that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
• 9.2.24. Use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Use.
• 9.2.25. Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any other person or entity or violates any law or contractual duty or obligations of confidentiality;
• 9.2.26. Engage in any activity that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or cause incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevent investigation of any offence or insult any other nation;
• 9.2.27. Engage in any activity or publish any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, profane, or that contains or depicts nudity or sexual activity. Additionally, you shall not promote bigotry, discrimination, violence, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us in our sole discretion;
• 9.2.28. Engage in unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, bulk messaging, junk email (spam), or any other form of commercial solicitation directed at users of the Platform;
• 9.2.29. Access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, harvest or scrape or otherwise extract in any manner, any Content from the Service including but not limited to adding or downloading profiles, contact details, or send or redirect messages from the Platform unless otherwise authorised or is in relation to the actual use of the Services;
• 9.2.30. Forge headers or in any manner manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any User information;
• 9.2.31. Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, republish, repurpose, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Service or Platform Content, except as expressly authorized by us;
• 9.2.32. Copy, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the rights that you receive hereunder;
• 9.2.33. Make false or malicious statements against the Platform or us;
• 9.2.34. Otherwise take any action in violation of our guidelines and policies.
• 9.2.35. directly or indirectly, click, download, copy, extract, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any processed data, images, digital representations, or visual outcomes generated through the Services or available on the Platform for any purpose outside the intended personal use within the Platform.
• 9.2.36. Attempt to save, export, or store any data available on or is permitted by the Platform;
• 9.2.37. Use such processed data or outputs for commercial, promotional, resale, or derivative purposes without explicit prior written consent from BullFair;
• 9.2.38. Bypass or manipulate any technical safeguard or restriction implemented to prevent the unauthorized capture, download, or reproduction of the Services' output.

If you engage in any unlawful including the above mentioned prohibited activities, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be solely and fully responsible for any consequences, losses, liabilities, or claims including those arising from misuse, misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, or violation of privacy rights and BullFair shall bear no liability whatsoever in this regard.

9.3 Actions We May Take

We may, at our sole discretion:

• 9.3.1. (Reserved)
• 9.3.2. Stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Platform to you or to Users generally.
• 9.3.3. Create limits on use of the Platform at our sole discretion at any time.
• 9.3.4. Remove, refuse to distribute, or limit distribution or visibility of any Services on the Platform.
• 9.3.5. Suspend or terminate the account of you or of Users generally.

Our Roles and Responsibilities

• 9.3.6. We will provide the availed Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with the standards of the industry and regulations that apply.
• 9.3.7. We will diligently strive to maintain and ensure the security, reliability, and availability of the Platform and any associated Services that have been availed by the users. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from downtime, interruptions, or errors affecting the availability or functionality of the Platform.

10.1

BullFair grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal and intended use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent from BullFair, except to the extent such use is expressly permitted under the Platform's features, policies, or applicable terms.

10.2

Users are prohibited from using any automated or manual means including scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools to access, copy, or extract content or data from the Platform. Additionally, the use of data mining, framing, masking, or other extraction techniques to retrieve materials from the Services is strictly forbidden unless explicitly authorized by us in writing.

10.3

We reserve the right to impose reasonable restrictions on your access to the Services, including but not limited to the scope of accessible information, or the devices used for access. These restrictions are determined at our sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

10.4 Permission You Grant to BullFair

By using the Platform, you grant BullFair the rights necessary to operate, develop, and promote its Services as intended.

• 10.4.1. While you retain complete ownership of the content you submit on the Platform including but not limited to images, videos, text. BullFair does not claim any proprietary rights over your content. You remain free to share your content elsewhere without restriction.
• 10.4.2. To enable us to provide and enhance our Services such as displaying your submissions on the Platform or enabling interactions through the Platform you grant BullFair a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use your content. This includes rights to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly perform, translate, and create derivative works from your content, all in accordance with your privacy settings and preferences.
• 10.4.3. This license remains in effect until the usage of the Platform or the account is deleted from the Platform.

11.1

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, at our sole discretion, against any individual or entity that violates these Terms. Users may, at any time, report suspected infringements, misconduct, or violations of these Terms occurring on the Platform. Upon receiving such reports, we may, but are not obligated to, review and assess the alleged violation in accordance with the applicable laws, industry standards, or guidelines issued by relevant regulatory or adjudicatory authorities.

11.2

We also reserve the right but not the obligation, and at our sole discretion, to monitor, investigate, and enforce precautionary, corrective, or disciplinary measures as we may deem appropriate. These measures may include, but are not limited to:

• 11.2.1. Take any action with respect to any content submitted on the Platform that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such content violates the Terms, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users or the public, or could create liability for us;
• 11.2.2. Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services;
• 11.2.3. Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.
• 11.2.4. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone publishing on the Platform on or through the Platform. You waive and hold us harmless and our affiliates, licensees and service providers from any claims resulting from any action taken by any of the foregoing parties during, or taken as a consequence of, investigations by either such parties or law enforcement authorities.

11.3

However, we do not undertake to review any material before it is uploaded on the Platform, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material. We reserve the right but not the obligation to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate an User's account if it remains inactive. Inactivity shall be determined based on a lack of logins, engagements, or interactions on the Platform. We may, at its discretion, notify the User before taking such action, but we are not obligated to do so. Reinstatement of a deactivated account shall be subject to the Platform's internal policies and verification requirements.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

To the fullest extent provided by law, we hereby disclaims any and all representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
