Delete Your BullFair Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for the BullFair app (developer: Anandini Bansal), available on iOS and Android.
Request account deletion
To permanently delete your BullFair account, email us from the email address registered with your account:
Email support@bullfair.inIn your email, please include:
- Subject line: “Delete my account”
- The name registered on your BullFair account
- Your registered email address or phone number (so we can verify it is your account)
We verify ownership and then permanently delete the account. You will receive an email confirmation once it is done.
You can also delete your account directly inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. The email method above is available even if you no longer have the app installed.
How long it takes
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once deleted, your profile is immediately removed from public view and erased from our active systems.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your profile and account details (name, email, phone)
- Business and verification information you provided
- Photos and content you uploaded
- Your connections, messages, and in-app activity
- Preferences and settings
What may be retained
For safety, fraud prevention, and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, we may retain a limited amount of data for up to two (2) years (or longer where the law requires). After that period it is deleted or fully anonymized so it can no longer identify you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy — Data Retention.
