BullFair Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

Users agree that Platform provides Services which are offered on a subscription basis. Except as specifically set out under the Terms enumerated herein, all purchases of subscription services are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase or renew a subscription, the amount charged will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) changes to subscription plans or pricing after your purchase; (b) the launch of promotional or discounted offers after you purchased your subscription; (c) dissatisfaction with features or content; or (d) partial or non-use of the Service during the subscription period.

The Platform's decision to offer a refund in any case other than those expressly described here shall be entirely discretionary.

The subscription plans on the Platform are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. The renewal period and the next renewal date will be communicated to you on the Platform and indicated in your account/subscription details. By opting into a subscription, you authorize the Platform (and its third-party payment processors) to charge the payment method you provided for each renewal until you cancel or disable auto-renewal.

You may disable auto-renewal or cancel at any time; cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period once the renewal charge has been processed.

2. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Promotional Offers

All subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles and available features are posted on the Platform and may be amended, replaced or withdrawn at the Platform's sole discretion. Users are entitled only to the subscription plans and features available on the Platform at the time of purchase. The Platform may run promotional offers, discounts, or limited time pricing; such offers are discretionary and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. You shall not be entitled to a refund if a promotional or reduced price becomes available after your purchase.

If you cancel a subscription prior to its next renewal, cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services for the remainder of that billing period and no refunds will be made for the unused portion. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.

How to Disable Auto-Renewal / Cancel Subscription

For your convenience, below are standard mechanisms to disable auto-renewal. If you subscribed directly through the Platform's website, you may also cancel from your account dashboard by navigating as mentioned below:

3. Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions (Limited Exception)

The Platform will consider refunds only in the event of demonstrable duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g., you were charged more than once for the same subscription billing period). To be eligible for a duplicate-transaction refund you must:

1. Notify the Platform within seven (7) days from the date of the duplicate/erroneous transaction; and

2. Submit your refund request to support@bullfair.com with:

• the transaction ID(s), date(s) and amount(s);

• a copy/screenshot of the payment receipt(s) or bank statement showing the duplicate charge; and

• a brief description summarising the issue.

On receipt of a complete refund request, the Platform may investigate and, if the claim is validated, will initiate a refund to the original payment method. The Platform aims to complete the investigation and, where applicable, process refunds within 14 business days of validating the claim, but this timeframe may vary depending on payment processors and banks. The Platform reserves the right to request additional information to verify the claim and to deny refunds in the event of insufficient evidence or suspected fraud.

4. Users Liability

Notwithstanding any refund the Platform may approve under the Terms, you acknowledge and agree that any transaction, processing, gateway, banking or similar fees or charges levied by payment processors, card networks, banks or other third parties in relation to the original transaction or the refund (collectively, "Transaction Charges"):

Platform will ordinarily refund the net amount (if any) after deduction of Transaction Charges. If a payment processor initially refunds an amount and subsequently debits fees, or if a third party imposes fees that reduce the refunded amount, you will remain responsible for those fees. The Platform is not liable for any such third-party fees, currency conversion losses, bank charges, or intermediary charges.

5. Unauthorized Transactions and Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, please contact us immediately at the contact mentioned herein below. We may investigate and take appropriate action. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or payment provider, please also notify us and provide evidence supporting your claim. Unauthorized transaction claims will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of relevant payment networks.

Note: If a chargeback or dispute is resolved in your favour by your card issuer but results in fees assessed to the Platform by the payment processor, the Platform reserves the right to recover such fees from you. Similarly, if a chargeback is determined to be invalid or fraudulent, the Platform may suspend or terminate your access and seek recovery of amounts and losses (including any fees).

All subscription prices shown on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies or duties unless expressly stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. If your payment method fails at renewal, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is collected. Reinstatement may require manual payment and will not entitle you to any refund for the period during which access was suspended.

The Platform reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (a) modify, update or amend this Policy at any time; (b) make exceptions to this Policy in appropriate cases (for example, to correct errors or to comply with legal obligations); and (c) refuse or withhold refunds where fraud, abuse or other improper behaviour is suspected. Material changes to this Policy will be posted on the Platform with the date of last revision. Your continued use of the Services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
